Brittany, Shane, & Brielle | Folsom Maternity & Newborn Photography | Summer 2015

If I could describe Brittany in one word, it would be glowing! 

Her personality shines through every time I see her, so loving and always smiling. I always looked forward to visiting my one-stop-dog-shop, Sbarkles, to chat it up with this lovely lady behind the counter! 

Watching her grow over the years, and turning into a caring mother is pretty amazing. This is because  I met Brittany's mother through my best friend many years ago. It really is an incredible feeling watching my clients grow through my lens!

 When I found out that her and Shane were expecting their first child earlier this year, I was overjoyed because I knew what wonderful parents they would become.

Brittany and Shane welcomed a healthy, beautiful baby girl in June. You would never know from these photos that this cutie weighed in at 9 pounds, 14 ounces at birth!

Thank you Brittany, Shane, Brittany's mom, Kristen, and that adorable little cutie Brielle for letting me spend time with you guys and capture these adorable photos!

A little over six months ago, this beautiful family won a lifestyle photography session through my Kindness Session Giveaway, which I am planning again for later this summer, so keep an eye out.... 

I love being able to give back to the wonderful community I am a part of, and helping those who truly deserve it, like this amazing family.

When Tiffany found out she had won a complimentary photo session, with yours truly, she was elated... and also expecting! She had asked if we could wait a few months to redeem our session, until she began to show her baby bump a little more. The holidays came and went, and Tiff's belly grew! Come the spring rains of Northern California, the flowers began to bloom, and her little baby bump had bloomed too! It was time to get this gorgeous mama-to-be behind my lens!!

We had decided, after numerous texts back and forth about locations, that the enchanting oak trees in Fair Oaks Park had to be a part of our session. It was the perfect location for this playful, soon to be family of four! We had a great time playing and running throughout the trees. Even found a few sticks to enact a duel! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day, and more awesome subjects to share the moment with!

Tiffany, thank you for letting me be a part of this magical moment in your life! I hope that I can be there to capture many more of your family's milestones for years to come! :)
