Finally catching up with some blogging tonight, and it feels great! And what an adorable little cutie to be catching up with! :)
I have been following Skylar as she has grown, through my photographs, with the "Watch Me Grow" series I offer. From newborn, to three months, to six months, and now nine months of age, Skylar has blossomed before my very lens! Skylar's nine month session took place at her home in Valley Springs. It was a chilly January evening, as you can tell from her little red-tipped nose, so we quickly moved inside to warm up by the fireside.
Once we were inside, Skylar was all smiles, and walking!
We had to take a break for some Ritz crackers!
Crackers that were given to us by the lovely Breawna. (Enter older sibling)
But the Ritz crackers weren't enough... so Skylar headed to the kitchen to see what she could find in the fridge.
But mom intercepted, just in time for a group photo of the girls!
Enter Dad.
This daddy's girl brought out the big smiles once Dad came home from work!
And it was time for a family photo in front of the fireplace.
Enter Gracie, the pug.
Candy is sometimes brought in when the going gets tough...
But finally, got this adorable photo of Breawna between some earlier not-so-adorable photos with her mouth wide open!
But we finished the night on cloud nine from having such a great time... ok that was pretty cheesy. These last few shots of the night, of Skylar's older sister, Breawna, were some of my favorite!
Coming soon to the blog... Skylar turns one! I will conclude this wonderful "Watch Me Grow" series with a cake that was hand-made by Skylar's talented mom, Kelly.
